This card would benefit a deck focused on ramping up mana quickly, such as a green ramp or mana dork deck. While Charging Binox can be useful with its Assist ability to share the cost, there are better options like Craterhoof Behemoth which can provide a stronger impact on the board when it enters. Charging Binox could see play in casual or budget decks, but in more competitive settings, there are more efficient options available.
