About Code of Constraint
Code of Constraint, Instant, designed by Ekaterina Burmak first released in May, 2020 in the set Ravnica Allegiance and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.11.
A control deck focused on tempo and card advantage would benefit from including Code of Constraint in its strategy. While there may be better options available, such as cards with more impactful effects or lower mana costs, Code of Constraint can still be a useful inclusion for its versatility in providing both a temporary debuff and card draw. Its addendum ability to tap a creature can also disrupt opponents' plans and further control the board. Overall, while not a top-tier card, Code of Constraint could see play in certain control decks looking for additional utility and flexibility.

Addendum abilities of instant spells apply while the spell is resolving, not immediately after casting it. If the spell is countered, you don’t get the addendum bonus. For example, if you cast Sphinx’s Insight during your main phase, you gain 2 life during its resolution, after you draw two cards.
