A control or tempo deck that aims to disrupt the opponent's strategy while maintaining a flying threat on the board would benefit from including Dazzling Sphinx in their deck. While Dazzling Sphinx has a unique ability to potentially cast powerful instant or sorcery cards for free, it may be overshadowed by more efficient and consistent options like Snapcaster Mage, which allows for repeated spell recursion, or Vendilion Clique, which provides disruptive hand disruption. Dazzling Sphinx could see play in more casual or theme-based decks, but competitive decks may opt for more versatile and reliable options.
