Don & Leo, Problem Solvers fits best in Azorius (white-blue) blink/value decks that want to repeatedly reuse enter-the-battlefield (ETB) effects, especially in Commander, where flickering cards like Solemn Simulacrum, Mulldrifter, Reflector Mage, or powerful artifacts such as The One Ring, Spine of Ish Sah, or mana rocks with ETB value generates steady advantage; it also protects key pieces from removal by blinking them at end step.
