Elemental Resonance could be beneficial in a ramp deck that aims to accelerate its mana production quickly. However, it may not be the most efficient choice as there are better options like Utopia Sprawl or Fertile Ground, which provide consistent mana ramp without the restrictions of being tied to a specific permanent. While Elemental Resonance has potential in certain strategies, its limitations may make it less desirable for competitive play.
