Enslaved Horror would fit well in a reanimator or control deck that leverages graveyard strategies, as it allows opponents to return creatures, potentially enabling you to exploit their choices or gain value from your own graveyard interactions. While it can create interesting dynamics, there are generally stronger options for similar effects, such as Living Death, which can clear the board while reanimating creatures simultaneously, or Reanimate, which allows you to bring back a creature at a lower cost without giving your opponents a choice.
