Flock Impostor would fit best in a white-based tempo or tribal deck that can exploit both **flash** and **enter-the-battlefield (ETB) synergy**, such as Spirits, Soldiers, or any deck that benefits from repeatedly reusing creatures with strong ETB effects (for example, blinking value creatures to reuse removal, card draw, or protection triggers). Because it has **Changeling**, it also slots into tribal decks that care about creature types (like Humans, Spirits, or even niche tribal strategies) while providing surprise interaction at instant speed and evasion through flying. However, at three mana (2W), it competes with stronger and more efficient flash creatures like **Restoration Angel** (which blinks without costing you tempo), **Spell Queller** (which provides disruption), or **Skyclave Apparition** (which offers removal), all of which generally provide more impactful value. In most competitive formats, this card would likely be outclassed unless the metagame strongly rewards tribal
