This card, Gerrymandering, would benefit a deck focused on land destruction or land denial strategies, as it can disrupt opponents' mana bases and potentially give you an advantage if you can control the randomness of the card distribution. However, there are better cards for land destruction or control in Magic: the Gathering, such as Armageddon or Blood Moon, which are more efficient and impactful in achieving similar goals. Overall, Gerrymandering may not see much play in competitive decks due to its randomness and the existence of more powerful alternatives.
