About Glorious Purpose
Glorious Purpose, Enchantment — plan, designed by Fariba Khamseh first released in Jun, 2026 in the set Marvel Super Heroes Commander and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.
**Glorious Purpose** would fit best in a blue-based connive deck, likely Azorius or Esper in Commander, Pioneer, or a casual brew built around repeatable connive engines like Raffine, Scheming Seer, Ledger Shredder, or other creatures that connive frequently, since the card rewards repeated triggers rather than one-shot effects. In such a deck it acts as a scaling value engine—growing your board while building toward a powerful “mini–Omniscience burst” that can generate massive tempo if you flip multiple nonland spells. However, it’s somewhat slow and win-more: it does nothing without creatures and multiple connive triggers, and it must survive long enough to reach six counters, making it weaker than established value engines like Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, Smothering Tithe (if splashing white), or even Teferi, Temporal Pilgrim in grindy shells. Compared to payoff enchantments like Kindred Discovery (in tribal connive builds) or even Bident of Thassa for card flow, this is narrower
