This card, High Seas, would benefit a control deck looking to slow down aggressive red and green creature strategies. However, there are better options available such as [[Propaganda]] and [[Ghostly Prison]] which provide a similar effect for a lower cost and are more versatile in their application. High Seas may not see play in competitive decks due to its higher mana cost and limited impact compared to other options available.
