Incoming!, Sorcery, designed by Quinton Hoover first released in Aug, 1998 in the set Unglued and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 1.09.
A deck that focuses on ramping up mana quickly and has a high density of powerful artifact, creature, enchantment, and land cards would benefit from using Incoming! in Magic: The Gathering. However, a similar card like Genesis Ultimatum may be a better option as it allows you to look at the top five cards of your library and put any number of permanent cards onto the battlefield, providing more flexibility and potentially stronger outcomes. Whether Incoming! should see play would depend on the specific strategy and synergy of the deck, but it could be a fun and powerful addition in the right context.
