A graveyard-focused reanimator deck would benefit greatly from using Karador, Ghost Chieftain, as it allows for efficient casting of creature spells from the graveyard and incentivizes filling the graveyard with creature cards. While there may be other powerful reanimator cards like Meren of Clan Nel Toth or Muldrotha, the Gravetide, Karador's ability to reduce its own cost based on the number of creature cards in the graveyard makes it a strong contender for inclusion in such decks. Karador should definitely see play in decks that aim to leverage graveyard synergy and reanimation strategies.

If a creature card is put into your graveyard during your main phase and the stack is empty, you have a chance to cast it before any player may attempt to remove that card from your graveyard.

To determine the total cost of a spell, start with the mana cost or alternative cost you’re paying, add any cost increases (such as the commander tax), then apply any cost reductions (such as that of Karador). The converted mana cost of the spell is determined only by its mana cost, no matter what the total cost to cast the spell was.
