A deck that focuses on ramping up mana quickly, such as a green devotion or mono-green deck, would benefit from including Karametra's Acolyte. While it can provide a significant amount of green mana, there are potentially better cards like Priest of Titania or Elvish Archdruid that offer similar effects more efficiently. However, Karametra's Acolyte can still be a solid inclusion in decks looking to generate a large amount of mana and should see play in the right context.

The permanent with that ability will be counted if it’s still on the battlefield at that time.
