Koskun Falls, World enchantment, designed by Rob Alexander first released in Oct, 1995 in the set Homelands. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 24.49.
A control deck that focuses on stalling the game and preventing opponents from attacking would benefit from using Koskun Falls, as it provides a strong deterrent against aggressive strategies. However, there are better options available for achieving similar effects, such as Ghostly Prison or Propaganda, which have lower mana costs and don't require sacrificing a creature. While Koskun Falls can be situationally useful, it may not see much play in competitive decks due to its drawbacks compared to more efficient alternatives.

Unless some effect explicitly says otherwise, a creature that can’t attack you can still attack a planeswalker you control.
