Madblind Mountain would benefit a deck that focuses on red mana and has multiple red permanents to enable its shuffle ability. Decks that rely heavily on red spells and mana acceleration could find this card useful. However, since it enters the battlefield tapped and requires specific conditions to activate its shuffle ability, it may not be the most efficient choice for all decks. Other land cards with more versatile or powerful abilities may be preferred in certain situations, such as fetch lands like Scalding Tarn or utility lands like Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle.
