Mana Maze, Enchantment, designed by Rebecca Guay first released in Oct, 2000 in the set Invasion and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 6.14.
A control deck that aims to disrupt the opponent's spellcasting by limiting their options based on the colors of spells cast would benefit from including Mana Maze. While Mana Maze can be effective in certain situations, there are better options available such as Rule of Law or Eidolon of Rhetoric which impose stricter restrictions on spellcasting. Whether Mana Maze should see play depends on the specific strategy of the deck and the metagame it is facing.
