A deck that focuses on controlling the board and disrupting white creature-based strategies would benefit from Martyr's Cry, especially in a meta where white creatures are prevalent. However, for a more versatile option, the card Cleansing Nova could be considered as it provides a similar effect but with the flexibility to choose between destroying all creatures or all artifacts and enchantments. Whether Martyr's Cry sees play would depend on the specific metagame and the prevalence of white creature decks in it.
