A deck that focuses on controlling the board and disrupting the opponent's strategy would benefit from including Mass Manipulation. However, for a more efficient and versatile option, the card Control Magic could be considered as it only costs 3U to gain control of a single creature. While Mass Manipulation has the potential to be powerful in the right circumstances, its high mana cost may make it less practical for competitive play compared to more cost-effective alternatives.
