About Minamo Scrollkeeper
Minamo Scrollkeeper, Creature — human wizard, designed by Paolo Parente first released in Jun, 2005 in the set Saviors of Kamigawa and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.50.
This card, Minamo Scrollkeeper, would be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on card advantage and hand size management. While it provides a slight advantage with the increased hand size, there are better options available such as Narset, Parter of Veils or Teferi, Time Raveler which offer more impactful abilities. However, in a specific deck looking to maximize hand size, Minamo Scrollkeeper could see play as a budget-friendly alternative.
Rules
04/15/13
If multiple effects modify your hand size, apply them in timestamp order. For example, if you put Null Profusion (an enchantment that says your maximum hand size is two) onto the battlefield and then put Minamo Scrollkeeper onto the battlefield, your maximum hand size will be three. However, if those permanents entered the battlefield in the opposite order, your maximum hand size would be two.
