**Mind into Matter** would fit best in a Simic (GU) ramp or big-mana value deck that can reliably generate large amounts of mana and wants to convert that mana into both card advantage and board presence—especially decks built around X-spells, high-cost permanents, or cheating impactful threats into play; it’s strongest in Commander (EDH), particularly in commanders like Zaxara, Volo, or any ramp-heavy UG shell, where scaling draw plus free deployment is powerful late game. However, at sorcery speed and requiring significant mana investment, it competes with stronger and more efficient options like **Finale of Revelation**, **Genesis Wave**, **Villainous Wealth** (if in Sultai), or even **Blue Sun’s Zenith** for pure draw, while **Genesis Wave** in particular is often better for permanent-based decks because it can flood the board rather than place just one card.
