A deck focusing on a Sliver tribal strategy would benefit from including Mindlash Sliver, as it adds disruption and hand disruption options to the deck. However, there are better options, such as Cloudshredder Sliver for added evasion and aggression, or Crystalline Sliver for protection. Overall, while Mindlash Sliver can be a useful utility card, it may not see as much play as the more impactful slivers available in a competitive context.

Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
