About Mitotic Manipulation
Mitotic Manipulation, Sorcery, designed by Dan Murayama Scott first released in Feb, 2011 in the set Mirrodin Besieged. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.70.
A deck that benefits from Mitotic Manipulation would be one focused on duplicating or copying permanents, such as a Clone or Copycat deck. While Mitotic Manipulation offers a unique ability to put a card directly onto the battlefield, there are more efficient options like Clever Impersonator or Phyrexian Metamorph that provide greater flexibility and value for the same mana cost. As such, Mitotic Manipulation may not see much play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks.
