Moonhold could be a valuable addition to a control deck looking to disrupt their opponent's strategy by limiting their ability to play lands and cast creature spells. However, there are potentially better options available, such as Blood Moon or Rule of Law, which offer similar effects with potentially greater impact on the game. Moonhold may have niche applications in certain metagames but may not be a top choice for competitive play in most scenarios.
