This card would benefit a deck that focuses on creature tribal strategies, such as Elves, Goblins, or Merfolk, where multiple creatures share the same name. While Muzzio's Preparations can be a fun and flavorful addition to such decks, a more efficient option could be Metallic Mimic, which provides a similar effect without the need for a hidden agenda. However, for casual or themed play, Muzzio's Preparations could definitely see play for its unique and interesting mechanic.

Conspiracies are never put into your deck. Instead, you put any number of conspiracies from your card pool into the command zone as the game begins. These conspiracies are face up unless they have hidden agenda, in which case they begin the game face down.
