New Perspectives, Enchantment, designed by Darek Zabrocki first released in Apr, 2017 in the set Amonkhet Promos and was printed exactly in 7 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.67.

A deck focused on cycling and drawing cards would benefit from including New Perspectives, as it allows for more efficient cycling and card draw when you have a full hand. While New Perspectives can be powerful in the right deck, there are better cards for cycling strategies such as Astral Drift or Astral Slide, which provide more immediate value and board control. New Perspectives could see play in a dedicated cycling deck, but it may not be as impactful as other options available in the format.

Certain older cards have variants of cycling, such as basic landcycling or Wizardcycling. New Perspectives gives these abilities an alternate activation cost as well.
