A deck that focuses on graveyard recursion and reanimating creatures would benefit from using Orzhova, as it provides a powerful effect when planeswalking away from it. However, there are better cards for graveyard manipulation and reanimation strategies, such as Sheoldred, Whispering One or Living Death, which offer more consistent and impactful effects. Orzhova could see play in more casual or thematic decks, but competitive decks would likely opt for more efficient and versatile options.
