Perfect Intimidation fits best in slower black midrange or control decks that want flexible interaction, particularly in formats where hand disruption and counter-based strategies are both relevant; the exile clause is decent against combo or control (since exile is stronger than discard against graveyard decks), and the counter removal can answer +1/+1 counters, planeswalker loyalty shenanigans on animated creatures, or shield/indestructible counters, making it a modestly versatile sideboard option.
