Phantasmal Mount, Creature — illusion horse, designed by Melissa A. Benson first released in Jun, 1995 in the set Ice Age and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.48.
This card could be beneficial in a deck focusing on small creatures, especially those with toughness of 2 or less, where the flying ability and temporary boost could be strategically useful. However, it may be risky due to the potential for sacrificing creatures, and there are likely better options available for similar effects, such as Favorable Winds, which provides a consistent and permanent boost to all flying creatures without the drawback of sacrificing. Overall, while Phantasmal Mount could be situationally effective, it may not be the optimal choice in most decks.

If the ability resolves, then the targeted creature’s toughness becomes greater than 2 later, Phantasmal Mount’s effect will not end. (The ability checks whether the creature has toughness 2 or less only at the time you activate it and the time it resolves.)
