About Plan the Heist

A control or combo deck that focuses on card advantage and manipulation of the top of the library would benefit from using Plan the Heist in Magic: the Gathering. While the ability to surveil 3 and draw three cards is powerful, the Plot mechanic adds an extra layer of flexibility and potential for card advantage. However, there may be better options for similar effects, such as Thirst for Knowledge or Fact or Fiction, depending on the specific strategy of the deck.
