About Precognition
Precognition, Enchantment, designed by Jeff Miracola first released in Oct, 1997 in the set Tempest. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 1.11.
A control deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's strategy and manipulating their library would benefit from using Precognition in Magic: the Gathering. While Precognition can provide some information and potentially disrupt the opponent's draws, there are more efficient cards like Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek that offer direct hand disruption, making them better choices for competitive play. However, Precognition could be a fun and flavorful addition to a casual deck that enjoys playing mind games with the opponent.
