Quantum Entanglement would fit best in a white-based “blink” or ETB (enter-the-battlefield) value deck, especially in formats like Commander where repeatedly flickering creatures with strong ETB effects (e.g., drawing cards, generating tokens, removing permanents, or gaining life) creates incremental advantage; it also synergizes with death triggers, dodges removal, and can reset creatures with -1/-1 counters or auras. However, at {1}{W} plus an additional {1}{W} each time you want to blink—and only at end step—it’s relatively slow and mana-intensive compared to stronger options like Teleportation Circle (free blink each end step), Conjurer’s Closet (repeatable without extra mana), Ephemerate (extremely efficient instant-speed blink with rebound), or even Soulherder (which grows while blinking for free), making those generally better choices in most competitive builds.
