A deck that focuses on casting a variety of multicolored spells, such as a control or midrange deck in a multicolor-heavy format like Ravnica, would benefit from including Rampaging Monument. While it can grow in power quickly with the right spells, there are potentially better options for a 4-drop creature in those decks, like Siege Rhino or Knight of Autumn, which offer more immediate impact or utility. However, if the deck is built around maximizing the Monument's potential, it could certainly see play as a fun and powerful inclusion.
