Mindwhip Sliver, Creature — sliver, designed by Jeff Miracola first released in Oct, 1997 in the set Tempest. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.48.
This Mindwhip Sliver card would fit well in a Sliver tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it enhances the discard aspect of the deck. However, there are better cards like Megrim or Liliana's Caress for a dedicated discard strategy, which can provide more consistent and powerful effects. While the Mindwhip Sliver has potential, it may not see as much play in competitive formats due to its limitations compared to other options.

Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.

If you cast this as normal during your main phase, it will enter the battlefield and you’ll receive priority. If no abilities trigger because of this, you can activate its ability immediately, before any other player has a chance to remove it from the battlefield.
