A deck that focuses on card advantage and disruption, such as a control or midrange deck, could benefit from using Urza's Guilt. However, there are more efficient cards that offer similar effects, such as \[\[Painful Truths\]\] or \[\[Night's Whisper\]\], which provide card draw without the life loss drawback. Urza's Guilt may not see much play in competitive decks due to its high mana cost and the potential for better options available.
