Infinite Hourglass, Artifact, designed by Harold McNeill first released in Jun, 1995 in the set Ice Age and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.82.
A deck focused on aggressive creature strategies, such as a red aggro or token deck, would benefit from using Infinite Hourglass as it provides a continuous boost to all creatures on the board. However, there are better options like \\Shared Animosity\\ which provides a similar effect without the need for time counters and has a more immediate impact on the game. Infinite Hourglass could see play in casual or themed decks for its unique flavor, but in competitive settings, more efficient options would likely be preferred.
