Fear of Unsleeved Decks would benefit a deck that focuses on aggressive, creature-based strategies and doesn't rely heavily on non-creature spells. While it can be powerful in the right build, the restriction of not being able to use sleeves could limit its usefulness in a competitive setting. Other cards like Ghalta, Primal Hunger, offering a more consistent and impactful threat for a similar mana cost, might be a better choice in most cases. Fear of Unsleeved Decks could see play in casual or themed decks where the unique ability adds an element of fun and challenge to the gameplay.
