However, a better alternative could be the card Insurrection, which allows you to gain control of all creatures and untap them, potentially leading to a game-winning swing. Cultural Exchange could see play in more casual or thematic decks that enjoy the flavor of exchanging creatures between players, but for competitive play, there are more impactful options available.
