Super-Skrull would fit best in a five-color “goodstuff” Commander deck (or possibly a five-color superfriends or villain-themed deck) that can reliably generate heavy black mana early (BBB) while still supporting all five activated abilities, since its strength comes from flexibility rather than efficiency. In Commander, it offers repeatable utility—token production, pump, removal, and card draw—but each mode is overcosted compared to existing options: for example, Bitterblossom or Ophiomancer are more efficient token engines, Overrun-style effects or Craterhoof Behemoth end games better than temporary +4/+4 boosts, Flametongue Kavu or Inferno Titan provide stronger repeatable damage, and blue has far more efficient draw like Fact or Fiction or Rhystic Study.
