Spoils of Evil, Instant, designed by Quinton Hoover first released in May, 2020 in the set Ice Age. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 6.11.
A deck focused on disrupting your opponent's graveyard, such as a black control or graveyard hate deck, would benefit from using Spoils of Evil. However, there are more efficient cards like Tormod's Crypt or Relic of Progenitus that provide similar graveyard disruption without the need for specific conditions to trigger their effects. Spoils of Evil could see play in a more casual or budget deck, but in competitive settings, it may not be the most optimal choice.

The text “for each artifact or creature” means the sum of cards which are either creature and/or artifact. Artifact creatures are not double counted.
