About Awoken Horror

Awoken Horror, Creature — Kraken Horror, designed by Svetlin Velinov first released in May, 2020 in the set Shadows over Innistrad Promos and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.66.

Awoken Horror would fit well in a control or tempo deck that aims to disrupt the opponent's board state while maintaining its own advantage, as its ability to return all non-Horror creatures to their owners' hands can clear the way for attacks or protect against threats. While there are other powerful cards that can achieve similar effects, such as Cyclonic Rift for its versatility and ability to affect all nonland permanents, Awoken Horror's specific synergy with Horror tribal decks or decks that can reliably transform it makes it a unique choice. Overall, it can see play in niche strategies, particularly in formats where its transformation ability can be easily triggered and leveraged effectively.
