Giant Slug, Creature — slug, designed by Anson Maddocks first released in May, 2020 in the set Legends and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.48.
This card could benefit a mono-black control deck looking to disrupt the opponent's mana base by granting Giant Slug landwalk of a basic land type that the opponent controls, making it unblockable. However, there are better options available such as Inkwell Leviathan, which is a bigger threat with more evasion abilities and resilience, making it a more viable choice for competitive play. Giant Slug may not see much play in high-level Magic: the Gathering decks due to its limited impact compared to other options.

If the Slug changes controllers after the mana is spent, the player who activates this ability selects a landwalk during their next upkeep even if they don’t control it at the time.
