Reprisal, Instant, designed by Randy Asplund-Faith first released in Jun, 1996 in the set Alliances and was printed exactly in 10 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.50.
A white control deck looking to deal with big threats would benefit from including Reprisal as a removal option. However, for more versatile options, cards like Swords to Plowshares or Path to Exile are generally considered better due to their ability to deal with any creature regardless of power. Reprisal could see play in certain metagames or sideboard slots where large creature threats are prevalent.
