A deck that focuses on casting a high number of blue and red spells, such as an Izzet Spellslinger deck in Magic: the Gathering, would benefit from including Riverfall Mimic. However, there are potentially better cards for this strategy, such as Stormchaser Mage, which has a similar effect but with flying, making it more versatile. Whether Riverfall Mimic should see play would depend on the specific synergies and strategies of the deck, as well as the overall metagame.
