School of the Unseen, Land, designed by Pat Lewis first released in Jun, 1996 in the set Alliances. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.25.

The School of the Unseen card would benefit decks that require color fixing and additional mana ramp, making it useful in multicolor decks or decks with high mana requirements. However, there are better options available such as the popular dual lands like Shocklands or Fetchlands which provide more flexibility and consistency in mana fixing.
