This card, Searing Light, would be beneficial in a White Weenie or Aggro deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a cheap and efficient removal option for small creatures that can disrupt your aggressive strategy. While Searing Light is a decent option for its cost, there are potentially better alternatives like Path to Exile or Swords to Plowshares which offer more versatility in removing threats. However, Searing Light could still see play in specific metas where small creatures are prevalent.
