This card, Second Thoughts, would be beneficial in a control deck that aims to stall the opponent's attacks and draw into more answers. While it provides a temporary solution by exiling an attacking creature and replacing itself with a card draw, there are potentially better options like Path to Exile or Swords to Plowshares that offer more permanent removal at a lower cost.
