About Shard Convergence

Shard Convergence, Sorcery, designed by Vance Kovacs first released in February 2009 in the set Conflux. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.49.

This card, Shard Convergence, would benefit a deck that aims to have access to all five colors of mana in Magic: the Gathering. Decks that require a diverse range of mana sources, such as five-color control or rainbow decks, would find this card useful for ensuring they have the necessary mana fixing. However, there are better cards like Farseek or Circuitous Route that can search for specific dual lands, providing more immediate mana fixing. Shard Convergence could see play in more casual or thematic decks that specifically require fetching basic lands of different types.

You may find “dual lands” with Shard Convergence. The Plains card you find, for example, can have a second subtype. What subtypes it has won’t impact what other cards you can find. For example, you may find a Hallowed Fountain (which has subtypes Plains and Island) as the Plains card, and another Hallowed Fountain as the Island card.
