About Sirocco
Sirocco, Instant, designed by Alan Rabinowitz first released in Oct, 1996 in the set Mirage. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 1.12.
This card, Sirocco, would be beneficial in a red aggro deck looking to disrupt control players by forcing them to either discard their blue instant cards or pay life. However, in a competitive environment, other cards like Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek may be more efficient at hand disruption, making Sirocco less likely to see play in top-tier decks.
