This card would be most beneficial in a Goblin tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, where the focus is on playing multiple Goblin creatures to overwhelm the opponent. While Skirk Drill Sergeant's ability to potentially put more Goblins onto the battlefield is useful, there are better options like Goblin Matron or Goblin Ringleader that provide more consistent card advantage and synergy within the deck.
