This card, Soothsaying, would benefit control decks that focus on manipulating their library and setting up their draws. While it can be useful for setting up future draws, there are more efficient options like Sensei's Divining Top or Scroll Rack that provide similar effects with additional benefits. Soothsaying may not see as much play in competitive decks due to its higher cost and slower effect compared to other options available.
